Welcome to the "www.dustydaisy.co.uk" website (the "Website") terms and conditions. Your use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions as set out below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with Dusty Daisy and/or placing an order on the website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products and/or goods made by Dusty Daisy to the buyer hereafter referred to as the "Customer", “you” or “your”.
These terms and conditions and your use of the website are governed by Scottish and English Law and you agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish and English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order to purchase products and/or goods from Dusty Daisy, Dusty Daisy will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Acknowledgement"). The Order Acknowledgement is a confirmation that Dusty Daisy have received your order only, which does not constitute confirmed acceptance of the product(s) and/or goods you ordered. Dusty Daisy will only accept your purchase and conclude the contract of sale for product(s) and/or goods ordered by you, when a member of the Dusty Daisy team has made contact with you - using -the email address provided when placing your order, discussed your tailored product requirements and completed the necessary checklist to build the product specification, along with any special requests necessary.
When Dusty Daisy accepts your order, an email is sent to you confirming the contract of sale of product(s) and/or goods and containing the detailed specification of the product(s) of your order (the “Order Acceptance”). The Order Acceptance constitutes an agreed contract of sale for product(s) and/or goods between us.
When Dusty Daisy complete your order, an email is sent to you confirming that Dusty Daisy have despatched the product to you (the "Despatch Confirmation"). If your order is despatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Despatch Confirmation email for each package, and each Despatch Confirmation email and corresponding despatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Despatch Confirmation. Your contract is with Dusty Daisy. Without affecting your right of cancellation set out below, you can cancel your order for the product(s) and/or goods at no cost any time up to 3 calendar days from the date issued on your Order Acknowledgement email. This right to cancel does not apply to certain categories of products and services, including products supplied from stock or Gift Vouchers, when Dusty Daisy has completed your order and the Despatch Confirmation email has been issued to you.
You consent to receive sales invoices electronically. Electronic invoices will be made available in pdf format and issued by email to the contact details provided with your order. For each delivery, Dusty Daisy will inform you in our Despatch Confirmation email if an electronic invoice is available. For further information about electronic invoices and instructions on how to receive a paper copy, please contact Customer Services on email email@example.com. Minimum order: Dusty Daisy maintains a minimum order requirement on the product(s) and/or goods procured under each contract of sale of £35.00 before tax and applicable shipping charges.
For small orders which are less than 20 invitations a set-up fee of £30.00 will be charged. Dusty Daisy can still supply our complete range of wedding stationery and wedding invitations products for smaller events, which would incur an additional set-up premium, please contact Dusty Daisy to discuss events for less than 20 invitations.
When you use any Dusty Daisy service or send e-mails to Dusty Daisy, you are communicating with us electronically. Dusty Daisy will communicate with you electronically in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, or by posting messages or communications on the website or through the other social media services, such as: Facebook, Pintrest, LinkedIn, Instagram and www.dustydaisy.co.uk. For contractual purposes, you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that Dusty Daisy provide you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, unless mandatory applicable laws specifically require a different form of communication.
Dusty Daisy advise when placing an order for wedding stationery and wedding invitation products that the customer considers ordering extra items in the event of last-minute changes to your guest list or for a keepsake. If you do need to order additional products; providing there are no changes to the order as confirmed within the Order Acceptance, Dusty Daisy can provide additional items at the same rate. Minimum order of 5 invitations.
You may need your own Dusty Daisy account to use certain Dusty Daisy services, and you may be required to be logged into the account and have a valid payment method associated with it.
If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, Dusty Daisy may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. To discuss those, please contact Customer Services on +44 (0)7969 730696 or email (open 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday) to manage your payment options.
If you use any Dusty Daisy service you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform Dusty Daisy immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide Dusty Daisy with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided. You must not use any Dusty Daisy service: (i) in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, any Dusty Daisy service, or any access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way, or (ii) for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity, or (iii) to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety.
Dusty Daisy reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content if you are in breach of applicable laws, these Conditions or any other applicable terms and conditions, guidelines or policies.
IF DUSTY DAISY CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER
If Dusty Daisy are unable to accept the Customer’s order, Dusty Daisy will inform the Customer of this and the reasons why. Dusty Daisy will not charge for the product. This may be due to: (i) the product and/or components required to make up the product being out of stock; (ii) unexpected limits on Dusty Daisy resources, which Dusty Daisy could not reasonably plan for; (iii) an error in the price or description of the product being identified; (iv) being unable to meet a delivery deadline the Customer has specified or (v) below the minimum order charge.
Alternative options to supply the product from similar components, alternative resources and supplied within the required deadline can be discussed and agreed with the Customer prior to cancelling the order.
DUSTY DAISY PRODUCTS PROCESSING & PACKAGING
All Dusty Daisy products are individually handmade using best care, attention and skill; therefore, you accept that each item is not identical.
Prior to proceeding with any mass-produced items and/or sets; Dusty Daisy will provide a proof of the product as expected under the finished condition according to the instructions and specifications given under the contract of sale and detailed in the Order Acceptance email. This proof will be fully reviewed for size, layout, spelling, content, referencing, colours, fonts, materials, embellishments etc. The customer must carefully check all details of the proof, advise of any amendments and confirm accepted in writing prior to Dusty Daisy proceeding.
An advanced electronic image of the proof will be provided for review, prior to preparing the physical proof.
Proof-reading is the responsibility of the customer. Dusty Daisy cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved by the customer.
The images of the products on Dusty Daisy website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary due to differing monitors and computer equipment graphic settings. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on the Dusty Daisy website. Images may not be used without consent from Dusty Daisy in advance.
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, Dusty Daisy is the manufacturer of the product designs sold on this website. While Dusty Daisy work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on our website. Material components used to create the finished product(s) may also change. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. Dusty Daisy recommends that you do not solely rely on the information presented on the Dusty Daisy website. Please always read labels, warnings, ingredients and layouts provided with the product and discuss further with a member of the Dusty Daisy team before use.
For Room Fragrances, Lotions and Wax Melt products, in the event of any safety concerns or for any other information about a product, please carefully read the information provided with the product or contact a member of the Dusty Daisy team for guidance. Content on this site is not intended to substitute for advice given by a chemist practitioner or other licensed healthcare professional. Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you suspect that you have a medical problem. Information and statements about products are not intended to be used to treat, cure or prevent any health condition. Dusty Daisy accepts no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about products by manufacturers or other third parties. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the Customer wishes to make a change to the product ordered, please contact Dusty Daisy as soon as possible. Dusty Daisy will confirm if the change is possible and of any impact. If a change is possible, Dusty Daisy will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of the requested change. All changes must be confirmed by you and fully accepted by Dusty Daisy in writing prior to Dusty Daisy proceeding. Dusty Daisy may change the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Dusty Daisy will send you electronic proofs (by email) of your chosen stationery incorporating changes (where applicable) of the product as expected under the finished condition according to the revised instructions and specification received. This proof will be fully reviewed for layout, spelling, content, referencing, colours, fonts, materials, embellishments and accepted in writing by the Customer prior to proceeding.
If Dusty Daisy are unable to process the necessary change to the product, Dusty Daisy will charge for the product as per the pricing and instructions previously confirmed within the original order and Order Acceptance email.
In your best interests, no changes will be acceptable if this risks any impact to the cut off delivery date required to satisfy the planning of your wedding, unless specifically requested and instructed by you in writing to do so.
All prices are quoted in GBP/£ sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.
Postage and packaging prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods, and are stated individually on the Dusty Daisy website.
All product materials/goods are offered subject to remaining unsold or remaining available at the time of order placement.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Dusty Daisy Order Acceptance email and/or receipt of your deposit, whichever is earliest secures the price of items at the time of ordering.
Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in GBP/£ sterling and by one of the following payment methods - (except International Customers see 'international customer'), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron and PayPal.
A deposit is payable at the time of Order Acceptance and is non-refundable. The amount of deposit is dependent on the products and/or goods procured and quantity required. The required deposit amount will be confirmed at the time the order has been received and accepted by Dusty Daisy.
Deposit payment is payable using the Online Payment method advised above and must be made as one payment.
Customer has the option to make payment for the full amount on account at the time your order has been received and accepted by Dusty Daisy. However, the deposit value remains to be non-refundable.
Balance of account must be settled in full prior to goods being despatched.
Balance payment is payable using the Online Payment method advised above.
In the event that payment is not received by the due date, interest thereon shall be chargeable on the outstanding amount at the prevailing rate specified from time to time under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 from the due date until payment is received in full.
PASSING OF PROPERTY
Dusty Daisy will retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been made and funds have cleared.
PASSING OF RISK
The transfer of risk in the goods will pass to the Customer on delivery. Despatch Confirmation emails for all Dusty Daisy products are issued at the point of despatch, with a copy included with the delivery of goods.
If your order is despatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Despatch Confirmation email for each package, and each Despatch Confirmation email and corresponding despatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Despatch Confirmation, with a copy included with the delivery of goods.
Dusty Daisy will deliver the products to you according to the dates agreed within the contract of sale and as outlined in the Order Acceptance email. A minimum of 8 weeks from the date Dusty Daisy accepts your order is required for some design and samples.
A delivery charge is applied to all orders as stated individually on the Dusty Daisy website. Where the customer requires the order to be despatched in multiple batches, separate delivery charges will apply.
If Dusty Daisy supply of the products is delayed by an event outside Dusty Daisy control, then Dusty Daisy will contact you as soon as possible and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
Provided Dusty Daisy do this, Dusty Daisy will not be liable for any delays or consequential damages caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact Dusty Daisy to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Dusty Daisy goods are available for delivery to UK mainland only through our website and will be delivered using a tracking system provided by the postal service. A copy of this tracking number will be sent to you. Please contact Dusty Daisy to organise delivery of goods to other locations, where there may be additional charges i.e. International.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Customer orders received by Dusty Daisy and confirmed within the Order Acceptance constitutes an agreed contract of sale for product(s) and/or goods between us. Cancellation of product(s) and/or goods – either in full or part thereof is based on the following terms associated to Cancellation:
Order cancellation within 3 days from the date issued on your Order Acknowledgement email: no charge.
Order cancellation after Order Acceptance and before products are produced: 30% of the contract value.
Order cancellation during the production of the products: 50% of contract value.
Order cancellation when production of the products is complete: 100% of contract value.
Reduction is scope:
Once proofs have been approved and production has begun, if the customer reduces their order significantly; 20% of the initial order balance will be charged as a partial cancellation fee. This is to cover the allocation of resource and production time that has been booked against the customer’s order. This charge will be at the discretion of Dusty Daisy and may not apply if resource and production has been satisfied by other customers’ orders.
Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
the supply of product(s) and/or goods are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Personalised means where products and/or goods makes any reference to: Names; Dates; Venues and the likes, which would result in the products and/or goods not being available for re-sale.
a service if Dusty Daisy has fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that Dusty Daisy could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started
Here at Dusty Daisy, Dusty Daisy want you to be happy with every purchase you make with Dusty Daisy. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied or the product differs to the proofs supplied as agreed against under the contract, you may return any product in its original condition for a refund or replacement (as appropriate) within7 days. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition.
As all Dusty Daisy products are individually handmade, each item is not identical. Recourse for return is not accepted where omission is to slight layout positioning, cosmetic and/or placement of embellishments, labels and materials and the likes.
Clearly personalised products and/or goods cannot be returned. Personalised means where products and/or goods makes any reference to: Names; Dates; Venues and the likes, which would result in the products and/or goods not being available for re-sale.
Upon receipt of your product(s) you have 3 days to notify Dusty Daisy of any errors or omissions and to request a refund and return of your product(s) to Dusty Daisy.
Please email with an explanation and details of your request for a refund. On receipt of your email and satisfactory completion of Dusty Daisy investigation and agreement to your request to a refund, Dusty Daisy will provide the address for where the product(s) are to be returned.
Once Dusty Daisy are in receipt of your returned product(s) Dusty Daisy will issue a refund for the cost paid for the product(s) within the next 14 working days.
Dusty Daisy will not reimburse any postage and packaging for the return.
Faulty Products/Other rights to return
In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products:
Where there has been an error against the agreed proofs, in the price or description of the product ordered or they are otherwise not as described; or
The product is faulty (i.e unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose).
You are entitled to a refund where the products are returned to Dusty Daisy within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you are entitled to a replacement product only.
Although Dusty Daisy take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept Dusty Daisy apologies if you have received a damaged item.
Dusty Daisy ask that you contact Dusty Daisy within 3 days from receipt. You can contact Dusty Daisy at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach any pictures you have of the damage within the body of the message. A member of the Dusty Daisy team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.
Postage and Packaging (p&p) Refund
Dusty Daisy are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is due to an agreed faulty or damaged item.
Dusty Daisy will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again Dusty Daisy recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Dusty Daisy will provide the address for return when Dusty Daisy receives your email.

For non-faulty products, you must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to Dusty Daisy. If you are returning a faulty or damaged product(s), Dusty Daisy will refund the cost of returning your order provided that you supply Dusty Daisy with a delivery receipt.
Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection, Dusty Daisy recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
If you require a refund, which has been agreed with Dusty Daisy, Dusty Daisy will refund the price paid by you for the products within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your returned products.
Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.
Products given as a gift can only be returned by the original purchaser.
When returning goods, which you bought using a discount or offer that is no longer available, Dusty Daisy will adjust the price accordingly if you fall out with the discount/offer threshold at that time and apply the refund to the rate agreed within the original order.
Please note that if you made your purchase through a retail location, please return to the place of purchase. Any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to Dusty Daisy.
GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift Voucher orders can only be purchased by residents living in the UK. Where a sale is to be paid for by credit card, the card must have been issued by a UK Bank or financial institution and belong to someone that has a UK residential credit card statement address.
Please note Gift Voucher orders can only be sent to UK addresses. Incomplete order forms will not be processed.
Gift Vouchers will usually be despatched to the customer within two working days of receipt of payment (usually five working days for the first order). Risk in the Gift Vouchers will remain with Dusty Daisy until delivery, when it then passes to the customer. Title in the Gift Vouchers will remain with Dusty Daisy until the customer pays for the Gift Vouchers in full.
Any irregularities will be investigated. If at any stage the Gift Vouchers that have been reported missing are redeemed, Dusty Daisy fully reserves the right to take legal action.
The Gift Voucher is to be redeemed as payment for Product(s) supplied through Dusty Daisy and valid until the date mentioned on the Gift Voucher. This Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. This Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase further Gift Vouchers.
If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the Gift Voucher(s), the difference can be made up with a credit card payment or electronic payment as covered under the Payment section above.
Dusty Daisy Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit.
Unused Gift Vouchers cannot be returned.
It is a requirement of law that Gift Vouchers presented for award and/or reward purposes must be declared to HM Revenue & Customs. Responsibility for the Gift Vouchers passes to the customer at the time of delivery. Dusty Daisy has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers, whether or not they have been redeemed.
USE OF TRADEMARKS, CONTENT, LOGOS & IMAGES
All content included in or made available through Dusty Daisy, such as tailored wedding stationery designs, product designs, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads and data compilations seen in person, on social media websites (Facebook, Pintrest, LinkedIn, Instagram and www.dustydaisy.co.uk) are copyright and is the property of Dusty Daisy and may not be replicated, copied or re-produced in any way. Any photographs remain the property of Dusty Daisy and may not be used, copied, re-posted without the prior consent of Dusty Daisy.
You may not extract and/or re-utilise parts of the content of any Dusty Daisy product without Dusty Daisy express written consent. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation any substantial parts of the content of any Dusty Daisy product or content, without our express written consent. You may also not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of any Dusty Daisy products and/or goods (e.g. our prices and product listings) without our express written consent.
Use of any trademarks, logos, designs or images of Dusty Daisy, or any of its trading companies, on customer’s own materials is only permitted with the prior WRITTEN consent of Dusty Daisy. Dusty Daisy reserves its right to withdraw this permission at any time for any reason whatsoever and will do so by providing the customer with written notice. This permission will otherwise terminate automatically if the agreement is terminated or when the date has expired, whichever is the earliest date.
Dusty Daisy cannot be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for printed reproduction of any text including hymns, poems, songs etc required by you. Use of such items shall be at the customers’ discretion. The customer agrees to indemnify Dusty Daisy against any and/or all losses resulting from actions brought against it for breach of third parties copyright.
Breach of any of these conditions will entitle Dusty Daisy to discontinue supply immediately and seek any appropriate legal remedy including, but not limited to, damages and / or injunctive belief.
Dusty Daisy may, without liability, totally or partially suspend or cancel deliveries in respect of any period in which it is prevented or hindered from performing its obligations hereunder by reason of any cause beyond its reasonable control. This shall include but not be limited to: an act of God, war, riot or civil disturbance, strike, lockout or other labour dispute, fire, flood, drought or accident, legislation, requisitioning or other act or order by any government department, council or duly constituted authority, breakdown of plant or machinery (including transport), shortages or unavailability from Dusty Daisy's normal sources of products or of any other cause (whether of the foregoing classes or not) beyond Dusty Daisy's control.
This contract is governed by the laws of Scotland and England where the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish or English courts.
Dusty Daisy reserves the right to decline the supply of Gift Vouchers to any customer.
Dusty Daisy reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest edition of Terms and Conditions will be available from the Dusty Daisy website (www.dustydaisy.co.uk)
Dusty Daisy will do its utmost to ensure that availability of the Dusty Daisy services will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to Dusty Daisy services may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new products, goods or services. Dusty Daisy will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
Dusty Daisy will not be responsible for or liable for: (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on Dusty Daisy part; (ii) any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses incurred by the Customer.
Dusty Daisy will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal right to have product(s) and/or goods sent or services provided within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if product(s) and/or goods or services ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time owing to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
The laws of some countries do not allow some or all of the limitations described above. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights.
Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes Dusty Daisy’s responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
If Dusty Daisy fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Dusty Daisy responsibility for any loss or damage - that has been as a direct result of Dusty Daisy breaking this contract or Dusty Daisy failing to use reasonable care and skill in providing our product(s) and services, shall be limited to a maximum of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the total sums paid by the Customer for products under the contract of sale as confirmed within the Order Acceptance email.
If you are a consumer Dusty Daisy only supply the products for domestic and private use.
If the Customer is a Business, our total liability for all other losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to 100% (one hundred per cent) of the total sums paid by the Customer for products under such contract. Under no circumstances will Dusty Daisy be liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by the Business.
Dusty Daisy cannot be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for printed reproduction of any text including hymns, poems, songs etc required by you. Use of such items shall be at the customers’ discretion. The customer agrees to indemnify Dusty Daisy against any and/or all losses resulting from actions brought against it for breach of third parties copyright.

Credit card details are not retained. The only information stored is a customer's transaction history, name, address & e-mail address.
Google Universal Analytics is also used across the site to generate detailed statistics about the site’s traffic and traffic sources and measures conversions and sales. Google Universal Analytics can track visitors from all referrers, including search engines and social networks, direct visits and referring sites. All Dusty Daisy wedding stationery, wedding invitations and pocketfolds can be created in any language. For non-English written language, Customer must provide exact wording and/or translation to be printed on each product. All responsibility for translation, grammar and punctuation is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Proofs will be provided as outlined within the ‘Placing an Order’ section of these Terms and Conditions. Proof-reading is the responsibility of the customer. Dusty Daisy cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved by the customer.
Customers from outside the UK can only pay by credit card or bank transfer and must pay in GBP/£ sterling unless otherwise specified. If you are experiencing difficulty, please contact email@example.com. All other terms and conditions apply.
International Delivery Charges & VAT
The Website will confirm Dusty Daisy charge to deliver your product(s) to an international address before you place your order for the international delivery service, which you must accept to be able to place an order.
The total price you pay Dusty Daisy for the delivery services is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT or an equivalent tax in your country is chargeable on the delivery service.
Applicable tax applying delivery charges will depend on your country of residence and will apply in accordance with paragraph ‘Pricing’.
International Delivery Times
Delivery lead times to international addresses will vary according to destination but Dusty Daisy will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all Products will be delivered within 8 weeks from the conclusion of the contract with us. In the event that your order has been despatched by Dusty Daisy (as confirmed in the Despatch Confirmation e-mail) but has not arrived within the estimated delivery time range, please contact our Customer Services team on +44 (0)7969 730696 or email (open 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday). Customer Services act on our behalf, and will deal with all queries about the international delivery services.
Depending on stock availability and production lead times of your order, Dusty Daisy may split delivery of your order into several parts and deliver them separately. You will not be charged extra for this. Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. When delivering outside of the EU, delivery may also be delayed due to customs-related processes (such as inspection). Dusty Daisy will use reasonable endeavours to inform you promptly of any such delay.
If delays outside of our control occur, we will make every effort to keep you informed. For the avoidance of doubt, time is not of the essence for the delivery of the Product(s) and/or Goods but you will remain entitled to all statutory rights provided to you by the applicable laws.

G4. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if Dusty Daisy agree to this in writing. Dusty Daisy may not agree if there is a likelihood of breach of contract if that occurs.
G5. This contract is between the customer and Dusty Daisy. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither Customer or Dusty Daisy will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these terms.
G6. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
G7. If Dusty Daisy do not insist immediately that the customer does anything it is required to do under these terms, or if Dusty Daisy delay in taking steps in respect of a breach of this contract, the customer does not have to do those things and it will not prevent Dusty Daisy taking steps at a later date. For example: if a payment is missed but Dusty Daisy continue to provide the products, Dusty Daisy can still require payment at a later date.
G8. These terms are governed by Scottish and English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the Scottish and English courts. The courts of Scotland, England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute of claim.
G9. Dusty Daisy reserves the right to use any of the stationery designs it creates to promote its products and services, including uploading images on its website and social media sites.
G10. If the customer orders and pays for a sample, should you subsequently place an order (exceeding any minimum order amounts), Dusty Daisy will refund the cost of one sample against your order.
